Additional bedrooms and bathrooms were placed on the second floor. The use of a new covered porch was incorporated to create a seamless design. Tasteful stone retaining walls, selected by the owner, at the new driveway completed the design.

In order to meet the needs of a growing family we were asked to help the client create an addition to an existing 1950’s “Cape Cod” style residence.
We presented a redesign of the original with a two story addition including new kitchen an enlarged living room, home office, and dining room with the flexibility to entertain large family gatherings by using glass french doors at a strategic wall location.
