It has since been redesigned, under new ownership, The original venue has proven to be so successful that the unfinished first floor shell space was fitted out to include an additional reception room with adjoining Pub and Pro Shop for golf course use.

As Steve Brander was one of the founding members of Design Group Architects this building was originally designed and completed in 1989 as a catering facility for weddings, special occasions, meetings and large events. At the time, the facility was known as “The Inn At Central Valley.”
The main reception room was easily transformed into as many as there individual reception rooms all with access to an exterior deck overlooking the golf course offering views of the mountains at Harriman State Park.
