A copper roof covers a bluestone front porch with separate entrances to the retail store and private residence, paver patios, walkways and landscaped areas complete the design.
Client needs resulted in a mixed-use occupancy containing commercial retail space on the first floor and an owner occupied residence on the upper level. The site was purchased with two exiting structures containing separate retail operations.
The larger structure was demolished and Scarlet’s Way was constructed meeting current zoning and planning board requirements including architectural review. The plan on the lower level contains merchandising and product display, sales transaction desk, office and related ancillary spaces.
