Due to extensive demolition of the existing structure, the residence was unoccupied for approximately five months. The client was able to live nearby. during the construction phase. This enabled the contractor to complete the project in a more timely manner.

Renovation and addition of a 1970s bi-level included a new second story creating a center hall residence with new contemporary kitchen and large family room.
We also added a second-floor master bedroom suite, two story cathedral ceilings with windowed stair provides access to a new outdoor terrace along with additional bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms.
