An 8 foot diameter spiral stair leads to bedrooms on the level above and a second smaller spiral stair leads from the master bedroom suite to a lookout room offering breathtaking views of the Hudson River and the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge to the south.

New construction overlooking the Hudson River is the residence of a builder-broker that we designed. It was built in the late 1980’s. The house contains multiple levels that all take advantage of the views of the Hudson River. The lower level, with conveniently located bathroom and changing areas, opens directly onto a lap pool.
A bathroom and kitchen area are just steps away from the pool. The main level contains an open plan design with living areas that flow from the kitchen to breakfast room to dining room; continuing thru to the living room, music room and library.
